Warranty Policy

Before claiming a product warranty, please try the following actions below for a faster solutions :

  1. Make sure the product is fully charge
  2. Use the appropriate low-watt charger adapter (5-10 watts / 5V1A / 5V2A)
  3. Restart both the product and the device, reconnect Bluetooth and apps
  4. Uninstall the apps, re-download apps, reconnect Bluetooth and apps
  5. If the problem still exist, claim the product warranty to Bishon Customer Service in the platform where the product was purchased
    • 1. Customer contacts the Bishon Customer Service (CS) Team on the platform where they purchased the product

      Customers can contact Bishon CS through the platform where they purchased the Bishon product.
      (For example, if you bought a Bishon product through Tokopedia, please reach out to our CS team via Tokopedia chat).

      When contacting Bishon CS, Customers must provide the following information:

      • Unboxing video
      • Name, active phone number, and address
      • Product purchase platform
      • Purchase receipt number
      • Username on platform
      • Purchase transaction date
      • Screenshot of the purchase receipt
      • Product name and product variant
      • Problem Explanation
    • 2. Bishon CS Team received Customer's messages and review their informations

      Bishon team will check Customer detail information within 24 hours and respond to their message.
      -

      If Customer's data is verified as a valid purchaser and is still within the one-year (12 months) warranty period, Bishon team will promptly provide the detail address to return product.
      -

      When sending the product back, please write the name on the outside of the package and fill in the warranty card thoroughly and accurately.

    • 3. The product arrived at Bishon Office and Bishon Team will check with the technician to find out the issues and solutions

      Once the product has arrived at Bishon’s office, our technicians will promptly inspect the submitted product and review the reported issues.

      If the problem is determined to be due to manufacturing defects or other production-related negligence, Bishon will offer solutions, and all shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by Bishon.

      Please note that the product warranty does not cover damage caused by user negligence, such as using a charger with an incorrect voltage, product damage because of bump, submersion in water, modifications made outside of Bishon Indonesia, etc.

    • 4. The product has been checked by Bishon Team and Bishon offers solutions to customers

      If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the Customer can choose between two options :

      - Full refund 100% of the product purchase price (only for purchases made within the last 2 weeks)

      - Refund 50% of the product purchase price (for purchases made more than 2 weeks ago)

      - Replacement with a new product with same variant (shipping costs to be borne by the customer)

    • 5. If the Customers choose refund as solution (Solution 1 / Solution 2)

      The product that has been checked will be kept by Bishon Indonesia as a proof to be examined further by the production team.

      Customers will be informed and asked for the following information:

      • Customer's Bank Account Name
      • Customer's Bank Account
      • Customer's Account Number
      • Screenshot of the purchase receipt

      Bishon Finance Team will process the refund within 1 - 3 business days at the latest.

    • 6. If the Customers choose product replacement as the solution (Solution 3)

      - Replacement of the product can be done if the product stock is still available

      - Shipping costs for the product will be covered by Bishon Indonesia

      - Delivery will be handled by ID Express courier

      - The delivery of the product will take approximately 2-7 business days

      - After Bishon Team send the product they will inform the customer about the delivery number
