Where can we buy the products?

For now, we have our official shop online in Bishon Store Tokopedia and Bishon Store Shopee

Does Bishon have any offline stores?

Not for now, but hopefully Bishon can have it as soon as possible

Is there any discount if we buy products in big quantity?

The promotion will change from time to time depends from the event. For buying our products in big quantity, please contact our CS in the platform you are familiar with and ask for special price.

DELIVERY

What delivery service does Bishon have?

We are working with JNE, J&T, SiCepat, and NinjaExpress. For area within Jakarta area usually only took 1-2 days with JNE and J&T Regular.

How long is the delivery?

1-7 Working days. If after 7 working days you don't get any news about your products, please let us know and we will check it with the delivery service.

Can we change the address if the products already sent?

We are very sorry, but we can't change the delivery address once the transaction was made.

What if the products we order is not arrived?

Please contact our customer service is within a week (7 working days) you haven't got the news about your products.

RETURN

If we are not satisfied with the product, can we change it?

When the products have problems and we return it, who will pay for the delivery fee?

Bishon is responsible for all expenses if the there is any fault in product by manufacture

If we get different products from what we order, what should we do?

You can return the products and all expenses will be paid by Bishon Indonesia but we cannot do any refund.

There is 3 steps to return products :


1. Customers can contact Whatsapp admin Bishon with :

  • Unboxing videos
  • Name on platform
  • Payment receipt with product details, and
  • Photo of product you received

2. Bishon admin will check or your data and give you the return address

3. You will get notification if we have received the product you have sent and send the right product to your address
